Microsoft has introduced a new pricing model called Business Ready Licensing (BRL). Microsoft Dynamics GP is sold in bundles of functions by user rather than by module. There maybe advantage to your organization to transition to BRL and benefit from this new pricing model.
It depends on your business needs. You need to consider the cost of transitioning as well as the license price under Business Ready Licensing. If you are looking to add functionality that is included in Business Ready Licensing, you should consider a transition to Business Ready Licensing packaging.
