Services include installation, implementation, training and support.
Support Specialist-Minneapolis Office
This help desk position provides phone support to clients and employees for MBS Dynamics GP and related applications. Providing support for Dynamics GP, you’ll be involved in troubleshooting many types of problems, as well as providing training. This position requires experience in help desk or customer service and a basic understanding of accounting. Experience with Dynamics GP software, relational databases and SQL experience a plus. Candidate must have excellent time management and organization skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Great phone skills, good people skills, a positive attitude, the ability to self-manage tasks and experience with software such as MS Word, Excel, and Access are preferred.
Specific tasks in your day might include working with a team to complete the following:
·Serve as first point of contact for customers needing support
·Provide software and systems support to clients and coworkers via the phone. Log client issues in service tracking software, and manage call volume.
·Escalate issues you are unable to resolve to team members with the appropriate skills. Act as liaison between team members and clients as necessary to deliver support.
·Schedule appropriate resources for client site visits as needed, and provide the necessary documentation to complete tasks assigned.
·Use standard troubleshooting techniques and multiple resources to resolve issues within products which you may not have had prior experience.
·Work with Customer Support Team to develop processes and documentation to improve efficiency.
·Attend BMI User Group meetings, and occasionally visit clients to address issues or nurture relationship.
