InterDyn BMI and InterDyn Progressive Merger Announcement
[Minneapolis, MN — July 26, 2010] — InterDyn BMI (InterDyn Business Microvar, Inc) and InterDyn Progressive Group two leading providers of Microsoft Dynamics business solutions announced they are joining forces effective immediately. The combined, privately-held company will be called InterDyn BMI.
The merger of InterDyn BMI, which has a solid representation in the north central region, and InterDyn Progressive with a strong presence in the south central region, will create a strong regional firm with software and services for Microsoft Dynamics Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Microsoft SharePoint, IT managed services, IT Networking and Infrastructure, and custom application development.
